By accessing and using the SMS as a GEC member, you accept, without limitation or qualification, such Terms of Use.
SMS provides access to important information and services related to businesses, members, and authorized users. Although there is no direct cost imposed by your utilization of the SMS features (including text notification deliveries), STANDARD DATA FEES AND TEXT MESSAGING RATES MAY APPLY BASED ON YOUR PLAN WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE CARRIER. As mobile access and text message delivery are subject to your mobile carrier network availability, such access and delivery are not guaranteed by GEC.
