Requirements for new construction:
$5.00 membership fee;
Security deposit or letter of credit for the last 12 months of on time payment from a utility company;
Contribution in aid of construction;
Contract for each meter;
Contract for security yard light;
Easement for pole placement on new member's property;
If construction is required to cross property owned by others, an easement must be obtained from the landowners.
