Requirements for new members:

$5.00 membership fee;

$35.00 connection fee;

Letter of credit for the last 12 months of on-time payments from another utility company;

Security deposit or ACH bank draft authority;

All drafts are submitted to the bank on the last working day of the month.

Requirements for current members:

Signed contract for each new service;

$35.00 connection fee;

Letter of credit for the last 12 months of on-time payments from another utility company;

Security deposit or ACH bank draft authority.
